KEITH J. TURNER is a civil litigator, admitted to practice law in 1991. A large part of his practice has involved discovery issues and he has handled hundreds of discovery motions. He spent his first 16 years at larger firms, including being a partner at a Beverly Hills firm. From spending many years representing large companies and entities in complex discovery battles, he sought to employ the same high-quality legal representation in representing smaller businesses and individuals when he opened his firm 2007. He remains very optimistic that effective use of discovery is an important tool in providing cost effective legal representation for clients of all sizes.
